Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who has been leaving an imprint on the tiny screen. The parents of De La Garza were from Ireland and Mexico. The actress was born in Ohio's Columbus on the 26th of December, 1976. De La Garza emigrated shortly to Texas, where she studied in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza did not reside in Texas for very long, and she shortly after made the move to Orlando Florida, where she was able to take on various parts as an actor, as well as independent commercials as well as films. Even the small roles did not stop her from discovering she was a fan of acting. Then she moved into New York in 2001 and got her first role on the soap as Rosa Santos on All My Children, a daytime soap. In the beginning of 2000, she was a small part on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she landed her first role in a major series on the short-lived drama The Mountain. She played Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She was on for 85 of the episodes. Her character then flocked to the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards for this character including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. In 2008, she was awarded one of the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring part. She was Marisol Deko, the husband to David Caruso's Horatio. Most recent TV appearance was on Doctor. Lena Solis on NBC's somewhat darker show Do No Harm. The show was ended after two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress has a nationality of Italian with a 10-year-old younger brother called Cory. She was raised in an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano's journey into the world of sports began when she was seven as her babysitter brought her to an audition. The audition she took part in was one of over 1000 hopefuls. She was selected as the only girl. Milano has appeared in TV advertisements, off-Broadway productions and in the American premiere of Jane Eyre.
